Mrs. Glenn is a visionary with a diverse professional background that includes positions in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors in human services, real estate, staffing, public policy, political campaigns. and more.

Jane's primary area of passion is Human Resources. After graduating from college, she began her career in H.R. with Woodward, a billion-dollar, global manufacturing company. From there, Jane held positions in executive and technical recruiting and with traditional staffing agencies. With that knowledge, she began working for herself to help the "least of these" find and keep jobs. Jane contracted with Larimer County Probation and the Detention Center in Fort Collins, Colorado and with several nonprofits that worked with juveniles, adult offenders, homeless and other marginalized groups.

Mrs. Glenn's passion eventually became Authority Staffing, a Christian business prototype in Fort Collins that specialized in employees that had been incarcerated. Mrs. Glenn directed all business aspects including creating a business plan, securing funding, recruiting employees and leading marketing and sales initiatives. Authority Staffing was recognized by the State of Colorado in 2016 and named "1 of 21 Gospel Driven Businesses" by Ministry Today. Jane is featured in a separate Ministry Today article on the topic of prayer with employees. "Prayer Power" can be found in the 2017 Building Kingdom Leaders edition.

Mrs. Glenn is the author of "God Punched Back - Knocking Out the United States Government to Set People Free" and "God’s Public Option – A Separation of Church and State the Way Jehovah Jireh Intended." These engaging, easy-to-read, books are the first two of a four-book series discussing Christians and politics, and the necessity of a second governing system in America. Jane earned a B.S. in Home Economics with an emphasis in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, and she is married to Darryl Glenn, Colorado's 2016 Republican Nominee for U.S. Senate.
