Meet The Glenns

If you're visiting our website, you are most likely struggling with something that you can't get off your mind. It might be a dispute with a family member or a disagreement with a neighbor or boss that's getting worse. We can help. Community and family relationships are important to us and we hope they are to you, too. Our goal is to not only lead you to a satisfying resolution to your problem, but also to fortify your family and other relationships as a result of the process. We're professionally and personally qualified to guide you through whatever problem you're facing and uniquely gifted to walk you to a well balanced solution through Mediation or Personal Coaching & Problem Solving.

 

Professionally, we have an understanding of policy and law in many areas. Mr. Glenn is a licensed attorney focusing on family law with over 25 years of experience resolving high conflict family disputes. Additionally, he served 15 years as an elected official on City Council in Colorado Springs and on the Board of El Paso County Commissioners gaining expert knowledge of zoning, land use, property rights and the government agencies that oversee them. Mrs. Glenn has over 10 years of experience working as an independent contractor with government agencies like Probation, as well as with numerous nonprofits in the capacity of job placement and life coaching for their clients. She has decades of Human Resource experience including with a billion dollar manufacturing company and as the founder of a staffing agency that was recognized by the State of Colorado and named 1 of 21 Gospel Driven Businesses by Ministry Today.

Personally, our blended and extended family is just like yours. We are mixed race and ethnicity and we cover the spectrum of political, philosophical and ideological beliefs. Collectively we've made good decisions and bad ones and successfully navigated the consequences of them all. And we've changed our minds on things. But most importantly, we are committed to our family - and yours - and we strive to practice love, patience, humility and forgiveness daily. So, you see, we understand.  - Darryl and Jane
