Jane Northrup Glenn
Mrs. Glenn founded Authority Staffing, a former Christian business prototype in Fort Collins that specialized in employees that had been incarcerated. She directed all business aspects including creating a business plan, securing funding, recruiting employees and leading marketing and sales initiatives. Authority Staffing was recognized by the State of Colorado in 2016 and named "1 of 21 Gospel Driven Businesses" by Ministry Today. Additionally, Jane was featured in a separate Ministry Today article on the topic of prayer with employees. "Prayer Power" can be found in the 2017 Building Kingdom Leaders edition.
In 2018, Mrs. Glenn closed the business and began conceptualizing another business prototype that would help even more people set themselves free from government overreach and financial control. The need for the American Christian Marketplace Authority was evident during Covid when a new group of never-before-subsidized people emerged creating a massive population in the U.S. that now rely on the State for provision rather than God and community.
Mrs. Glenn has a diverse background in nonprofits and for-profits and as an independent contractor in the areas of H.R., real estate, political campaigns, policy, community corrections and more. This includes a role in H.R. for Woodward, a billion-dollar manufacturing company, a director level position for United Way of Larimer County and as the V.P. of Government Affairs for the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors.
Mrs. Glenn prides herself on her hare-brained ideas. In 2019, Jane conceptualized and presented an "intriguing" tax reform idea to Senator Tim Scott's Legislative Assistant at that time, Emily Lavery. In 2020, she proposed a "refreshing" zero-government-funded community reentry concept to Dean Williams, the former CEO of the Colorado Department of Corrections appointed by Governor Polis.
Mrs. Glenn is the author of two non-fiction books, God Punched Back - Knocking Out the United States Government to Set People Free and God’s Public Option – A Separation of Church and State the Way Jehovah Jireh Intended and was the host of Kingdom Industrial Complex radio show on 100.7 FM The Word our of Colorado Springs in 2024.
Mrs. Glenn has a B.S. in Home Economics with an emphasis in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado and she is married to Darryl Glenn.
