Meet The Glenns

Darryl Glenn
Lt. Col. USAF (Ret), MBA, J.D.
Darryl Glenn has over 15 years of experience as an elected public official in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and after 21 years of active and reserve service, he is retired from the United States Air Force as Lieutenant Colonel. Mr. Glenn is currently an attorney specializing in family law.
In addition to regular duties as County Commissioner in El Paso County, Colorado, Mr. Glenn served as Chairman of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council responsible for coordinating the research, analysis and interagency strategy for criminal justice matters in the Pikes Peak region. He was also Chairman of the Regional School Safety task force responsible for developing solutions to school safety issues and suicide prevention. Darryl was selected by his colleagues to serve as the President of the El Paso County Board of Commissioners during his final term in office. Mr. Glenn won the Colorado Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in 2016.
During his military career, Mr. Glenn was responsible for implementing a base realignment and closure plan in a $5 billion dollar organization. He supervised 35 communication system programs valued at $1B dollars and developed support plans that saved the taxpayers $20 million dollars while providing a 40 percent increase in performance capability. He also served as a special events planning leader in support of visiting dignitaries ranging from the President of the United States to other world leaders.
Mr. Glenn has a Bachelor's degree from the United States Air Force Academy and holds an M.B.A. from Western New England College and a J.D. degree from New England School of Law.

Jane Northrup Glenn brings a rare depth of experience across the nonprofit, corporate, and entrepreneurial sectors—each chapter of her career shaped by a commitment to truth, justice, and helping others navigate both the seen and unseen challenges of life.
With a professional background that spans human resources, real estate, public policy, political campaigns, and community corrections, Jane has served in roles ranging from HR at Woodward, a billion-dollar global manufacturer, to Vice President of Government Affairs for the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS®, to Director-level leadership at United Way of Larimer County. Her work has consistently bridged people, policy, and purpose.
Jane is also the founder of Authority Staffing, a pioneering Christian business based in Fort Collins that specialized in providing employment opportunities for individuals reentering society after incarceration. From business planning to fundraising, recruitment, and sales, Jane led every aspect of the organization. The company was recognized by the State of Colorado in 2016 and named one of “21 Gospel Driven Businesses” by Ministry Today. She was also featured in the magazine's Building Kingdom Leaders edition for her article “Prayer Power,” highlighting her bold practice of praying with employees in the workplace.

She also hosted the Kingdom Industrial Complex radio show on 100.7 FM The Word in Colorado Springs, where she explored themes of faith, governance, and cultural transformation.
Jane holds a B.S. in Home Economics Education with a focus on Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Homeland Security and Disaster Management from Liberty University. She is married to Darryl Glenn, and together they are passionate about faith, public service, and building systems that support freedom and liberty. Through Second Heaven Strategies, Jane offers a unique form of advocacy—grounded in faith, fortified by real-world experience, and committed to helping clients move forward with clarity, courage, and compassion.
